How to book: Any patient may self-refer. General Practitioner and Consultant referrals are also welsome. BOOK HERE!
To make appointments: Appointments are available within 24 - 48 hours of a referral. Same-day appointments may be arranged where necessary. CONTACT US for more information.
Insurance: West 1 Physiotherapy and Pilates is a registered physiotherapy provider for all insurance companies. Patients are advised to check their individual level of cover, prior to starting treatment. In order to to bill your insurer, we would need to the following information prior to your appointment:
- • Name of insurer
- • Membership/Policy number
- • Claim/Authorisation number
- • Number of sessions authorised/Yearly Allowance
- • Policy renewal/expiry date
At West 1 Physiotherapy and Pilates, all the Physiotherapists are CSP and HPC registered. The Pilates instructors are fully qualified and registered with the UK Pilates Foundation.
