We also work with both pre and post natal ladies who can benefit greatly from being able to exercise both during pregnancy and after giving birth. In London, our Pilates classes are offered on a one-to-one basis or in small classes of three people. Each Pilates in london class is tailored to your individual needs, with gradual progressions to tone and balance the body with an emphasis on core strength, improving posture and flexibility. Improvements in posture, muscle tone and flexibility are noticed after approximately 10 classes with clients feeling a positive effect to their overall health and well-being.
