Erica Ferrato - Physiotherapist

About Erica

Erica is a qualified physiotherapist who graduated from King’s College London and brings a warm, proactive and patient-centred approach to West 1 Health.

She gained her early clinical experience across London, working in both private practice and alongside a semi-professional women’s football team. This helped develop her strong interest in movement, injury prevention and performance-based rehabilitation.

Erica enjoys working with a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, combining hands-on treatment, tailored exercise rehabilitation and clear education to help patients understand their body, build confidence and make long-term progress.

She is especially passionate about helping people return to the activities that matter most to them, whether that is sport, work, training in the gym, or simply moving better in everyday life.

Erica has a particular interest in lower limb injuries, tendon-related pain, ACL and meniscal rehabilitation, and sports-specific recovery. Her approach focuses on finding the root cause of the problem, creating a clear plan and guiding each patient through every stage of their recovery.

Outside of the clinic, Erica is usually in the gym, exploring a new restaurant or searching for her next favourite coffee shop!
